How Payment Works – Direct Booking

At BeachWalk Villas Condominiums, we keep the direct-booking process simple, clear, and straightforward.

Our Booking Process

Submit Your Booking Request
Choose your preferred condo and dates, then submit your direct-booking request.

Rental Agreement
We will prepare and send your rental agreement for review and signature.

Payment
Once the agreement is completed, payment can be made using one of our approved payment methods.

Check-In Invoice
A check-in invoice will be provided prior to your arrival with your reservation and check-in details.

Contact & Communication

Text/SMS: Best for quick updates, confirmations, and time-sensitive communication.

Email: Best for rental agreements, invoices, payment information, and other important documents.

Reservation Hold Policy

Requested dates may be held for up to 24 hours after the rental agreement is sent.

Reservations are considered confirmed only after payment has been received and verified. Until payment is received and verified, the requested dates may remain available to other guests.

Accepted Payment Methods

For security and verification purposes, we do not accept credit cards or checks for direct bookings.

Available payment options will be provided with your rental agreement and payment instructions.
