Each villa is thoughtfully furnished for a relaxing stay and includes a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, dining area, and convenient kitchen bar. Villas also feature central air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, and in-unit washer and dryer.

BeachWalk Villa 401 offers beautiful views of both the ocean and Cherry Grove Inlet salt marsh. The villa includes three TVs, a DVD player, and a whirlpool tub in the master bathroom, along with the comfortable features and amenities available at BeachWalk Villas.

Important Property Information

BeachWalk Villas is a non-smoking condominium community. Smoking is not permitted inside the condos, on balconies, in the pool areas, or anywhere on the property.

The property also has vehicle restrictions. Motorcycles, trailered vehicles, boats, car-top carriers, and high-rise vans are not permitted. Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit while construction is underway. Garage clearance is approximately 7'1".

Construction Notice

Major exterior construction is scheduled from May 4 through December 2026.

During this period, guests may experience construction noise during working hours, construction crews and equipment on-site, temporary obstructions to views, blocked balconies, possible access to individual units by construction personnel, and general disruption to the property's normal quiet enjoyment.
