BeachWalk Villas is a non-smoking condominium community. Smoking is not permitted inside the condo, on balconies, in pool areas, or anywhere on the property.
Motorcycles, trailered vehicles, boats, car-top carriers, and high-rise vans are not permitted. Garage clearance is approximately 7'1".
Construction Notice
Major exterior construction is scheduled through December 2026. During this period, guests may experience construction noise during working hours, construction crews and equipment on-site, temporary obstructions to views, blocked balconies, possible access to individual units by construction personnel, and general disruption to the property's normal quiet enjoyment.
