BeachWalk Villas is a non-smoking condominium community. Smoking is not permitted inside the condo, on balconies, in pool areas, or anywhere on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, motorcycles, trailered vehicles, boats, car-top carriers, and high-rise vans are not permitted. Garage clearance is approximately 7'1".

Construction Notice

Major exterior construction is scheduled through December 2026. Guests may experience construction noise during working hours, construction crews and equipment on-site, temporary view obstructions, blocked balconies, possible access to individual units by construction personnel, and general disruption to the property's normal quiet enjoyment.
